Where-ever your are, go and get with someone you know reasonably well, work-mate or partner and when you are well ready and rehearsed, begin to laugh with them, for a couple of minutes as a endorphin enriching way of introducing yourself and give them right NOW a full spoonful of mighty medicine, and give yourself full permission to feel like an absolute goose
Put all your heart into it; get really serious about having fun, no slacking off, you’ll have to go double time at this now because I want you to keep an eye on your partner to see if their slyly not having fun, or faking it or just doing the clown motions, So I want you to not relax and an eye on them, there have been reports
Discover and dive into boundless absolute hilarity at the centre of things.
Try very hard to get close to the crossover point of abandoned hilarity.
Now come on, you are just faking it!
I’ve heard better laughs on wind-up dolls
One you have master this & you have the full permission of the joke-meister to absolutely fall down on the to fall down on the floor laughing

I can see that I am going to have to show you how it’s done, this is not funny, this is shocking.
I can imagine a few fakers, who are taking this rather lightly and just seeming to have fun as if it was some kind of joke.

On your next day off; just set your intenal alarm clock ot wake up and before you evaluate the day ahead, and fill in the day with all the usual programmatical mediocrity, just burst out laughing
Warn your spouse, collude with them to laugh in tandem, would help, so that you don’t feel a total fool and so that you have someone else to laugh at.
And later in the day just go into the mirror and have a really good belly laugh with yourself.
This is the real corker, and is possibly one of the most powerful immune stimulators on the planet. I daresay you could throw out all the vities if you do this each morning.
